Healthy Plant-Based Protein Bar Recipe
So, I usually just google an idea and then convert some of the ingredients into what I have or what works for me. My partner and I are gluten-free and plant-based. I do most of the cooking, which I absolutely love to do. It is my meditation. I also love eating yummy good things that are healthy for me. I feel like anything you buy in the store, especially a protein bar, is hardly good for you when you look at the ingredients. I miss having a simple protein bar. It’s easy, especially for my husband who works long days. So let me fill you in on this recipe that you can change up to what suits you. This is how I made it:
