Hey! I’m Tiffany, a yoga-loving, plant-based living, health and nutrition practitioner based in Perth, WA.

My mission is to help those suffering from chronic symptoms and autoimmune illnesses to heal their body, reverse their symptoms and change their life through the power of food and nutrition.

With a Master of Public Health, specialising in nutrition, alongside experience with a complicated health journey of my own, I’m a deep believer that the right foods really can change your life.

I’m so passionate about helping others learn why going gluten-free is so important because it literally was a life-changing decision. Prior to going gluten-free I couldn’t walk or talk. I had been diagnosed with a neurological disability. I knew there had to an answer. When I gave up gluten, I could start walking and talking normally almost immediately. I also lost 10kg/20lbs in less than a month. I’ve now learned and teach why gluten needs to go for good. I’ve seen clients’ lifelong eczema disappear, migraines, incurable autoimmune, and even erectile dysfunction go away. Going gluten-free is important for everyone, not just diagnosed coeliacs.

Energy, happiness, confidence - all of these things are achieved through your daily habits and the choices you make at every meal.
