Shipping & Returns

  • All domestic retail orders are shipped via Australia Post or Sendle and upon ordering, customers automatically give authority for their order to be left unattended at their delivery address. The Resilient Label will only replace orders sent using these methods, provided the order is proved lost in transit by the delivery service company.

    Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, The Resilient Label is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes, postal or courier delays or missing parcels or any other similar service delay.

    All delivery times provided by The Resilient Label are estimates only. The Resilient Label will not be liable for late deliveries.

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Your email will contain your tracking details.

    Shipping Times

    We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days from the date you placed the order. ‘Business days’ means a day which is not a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in Western Australia, Australia. Please be aware, we also closed for a period of time over the Christmas holidays each year and we will advise accordingly by posting relevant dates on our website regarding when your order will be processed.

    We ship with Australia Post and Sendle and here are their approximate delivery times:

    For Domestic orders:

    For all orders going to WA approx. 2 - 5 Business days.

    For all orders going interstate (outside of WA) approx. 3 - 10 Business days.

    Incorrect Address

    This is the responsibility of the customer, we hope you triple check these important details before checkout. Please contact us to arrange the second shipment, this will however be at the customers cost. A separate shipping invoice will be sent accordingly.

    Wrong Product received

    Please submit a request via our email admin@theresilientlabel.com.au within 10 working days of receipt of your order and we will rectify.

    Please let us know the issue you are having and include a picture or video if possible. We will get back to you with a solution as soon as we can.

  • International shipping is available, phew!

    The shipping reference number will be sent to the same email address as the order.

    Please note, with unprecedented delays with Australia Post & courier services due to COVID-19, some delivery delays might be experienced at these times. We apologise for any disappointment or inconvenience. 

  • For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on gua sha.

    Refunds

    Full-priced items are eligible for a refund within 7 days of receiving the order.

    Final Sale

    Sale items are not eligible for return.

    If items are returned despite this policy, they will not be approved and sent back to you at an additional charge.
