ABOUT RESILIENT HEALTH & NUTRITION

The Founding Story

The Resilient Label (my original product line) was born from a diagnosis - dark night of the soul that awoke me to my life’s core purpose. I am here to teach others how they can be their own healer, healing naturally from chronic condition through nutrition and a deep mind/body/soul connection.

In early 2021 I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. A neurological condition with some pretty unmanageable symptoms. According to western medicine, my life was set to look rather bleak, and the path to feeling better was murky and unclear.

Dissatisfied and determined to find another way, I went back to roots I’d always known, but had somehow lost along the way.

Calling upon nature I went completely organic, cut gluten and started supplementing and supporting my brain, body and immunity with herbal goodness derived from the Mother Earth.

For someone who had studied health and always had this knowledge and experience in the background, life got in the way. Fibromyalgia was literally like the divine whispering in my ear saying, “How sick do I need to make you until you change your life path for your path?”

This was my awakening experience. I am now as healthy as ever, fuelled with a passion and purpose to support others. Through my herbalist wisdom and holistic products, I am here to help you live your fullest, healthiest life - for a long time to come.

About Me

On a mission to teach others they can heal from chronic conditions with nutrition

Combining science and the divine, I believe magnetic energy and abundant wellness stem from diving into the power of plant medicine, healing from the root cause, using evidence-based strategies and exploring what’s been written in the stars since day one.

With a Master of Public Health, alongside additional certificates in nutrition, herbalism, Ayurveda, yoga, meditation and massage my knowledge of health and approach toward healing is eclectic and expansive. Intertwined among all of this is my own journey through fibromyalgia, after a diagnosis in 2021 which saw me adopt a plant-based protocol and heal when no one said I could.
