The Best Recipe For Healing: Oil-Free French Fries
I hope you make this tonight! This is a recipe I make at least once a week because it is such a treat!
Method:
1. Cut the potatoes in the shape of your favourite fries
2. Boil but take them out before they are overly cooked
3. Place in air fryer for 20 minutes on the fries setting
4. Serve with your favourite sauce and meal :)
You have to make something you love so that you will stick with eating a new way. Potatoes are amazing for you but mostly people eat potatoes cooked in oils, which is a refined fat. Fats block glucose absorption and create insulin resistance. Read my recent log where I explain this more in depth.
