Easiest Gluten Free Tacos/Pancakes.

Easiest most versatile dish ever. Gluten free tacos/pancakes/crepes. You can’t mess it up.

1/2 cup lentils.

2 tbsp. chickpea flour.

1 cup filtered water.

Spices: I like cumin and turmeric.

Blend.

Also, this can work with just the chickpea flour if you don’t have lentils. Or it could be made with buckwheat blended down to flour.

It’s that easy.

Make sure the pan is on high heat. Olive oil. Bam. Try it out, you can make them super thin, or thick. Make sure it’s well cooked through before flipping. Full proof.

I use these for a taco night. Or alongside Indian. Or even in the morning. Perfect if you feel like you just want a little something extra to go with your meal.
