Juicing For Chronic Illness and Vitality
I remember when I used to believe what people have told me, that juicing was not good for you because it removed all the fibre content and was just sugar.
Not true!
There is science now that can back it up, that juice is good for you! That it helps you lose weight and decreases risk of cancer, diabetes, and heart disease. Juicing makes absorbing nutrients easier, which is very important for those experiencing inflammation symptoms such as bloating, or other autoimmune conditions. Studies show that drinking fresh pressed juice (not store bought unhealthy fruit juice) does not increase obesity or risk of diabetes, like you may have been told.
