How often should you Gua Sha?

It truly is up to how you choose to incorporate gua sha into your daily life. Best and most effective is daily, in the morning or evening, so it is added into your routine. A routine is something that eventually is done without thinking about it. I love as soon as I wake up, I apply facial oil to my face, rinse to use it as a cleanser, and then re-oil my face again. Then I use my gua sha to reduce puffiness and boost circulation. Gua Sha is all about lymphatic drainage and moving the fluid down and out. That means starting at the neck and opening up those lymph nodes, and then moving to the jaw line, cheeknbones and around the eyes. I always do my forehead and décolletage as I’m prone to more wrinkling there. By promoting circulation with the regular use of gua sha, collagen is produced and basically unwrinkles your skin. Fine lines will disappear and overall you’ll look more young, rejuvenated and glowing.

Here’s an amazing video on ways to Gua Sha.
